Program Goal:
To positively impact and improve the health and wellbeing of urban Indigenous children and youth through the provision of healthy eating and active living activities, cultureĀ based approaches to wellness and education, and promotion of lifestyle choices for children, youth, and their families.
Increase access and availability of healthy food for children, youth, and families.
Increase awareness and provide education on healthy food to children, youth, and families.
Increase children and youth's physical activity rate through access to recreational, physical fitness and sports activities.
Increase recreation and sports activities that incorporate traditional cultural activities.
